GettyImages is big on distributing their content as much as possible while scouring the web for image use and collecting historic google/web snapshots whenever use is detected for any of their non-royalty free content. You will receive a call from their lawyers as some point asking you to pay artist royalties and damages. It’s not a question of if, it is when. Be forewarned. If you find any images on external sites including google images, be sure you get permission from the owner before you use it. The bottom line is stay clear unless you have money to burn.
